**2024 Note: We no longer offer incandescent lights however, we’ll provide some info on the difference compared to LED lights:
Incandescent lights are classic.
They have a warm glow and are inexpensive to purchase, however they average a 3-year lifespan and eat up a lot of electricity. Logistics for powering these lights may require more than one powersource.
LED, on the other hand, last longer (up to ten years). They use less energy, are brighter, and have a variety of color temperatures to choose from (warm-white, cool-white, pure- white, etc.).

Standard LED Christmas Lights are faceted. This helps diffuse the LED light and give off a more even glow. They have a longer lifespan than smooth filaments, and are more durable. The 2-SMD lamp is brighter than a smooth filament.
Smooth-Filament LED uses a filament rod and look similar to an Edison bulb you might find on an outdoor cafe light. Available in Red, Green, and Warm White
